Returns For All Products

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of all our herbal hair growth products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a replacement.

General Refunds

If your return is approved for lost or incorrect items, we will refund your original payment method. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order is shipped.

The 114 Day Guarantee

We offer a strict results guarantee exclusively for the 114 day healing cycle. If you complete the entire cycle exactly as instructed by Master Tang and see absolutely zero results, we will refund your money. You must provide clear photos taken every 14 days to prove your daily discipline. We do not offer refunds if you quit the treatment early or use the herbs inconsistently.
